Shipping & Returns
- Once you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation on your registered number and/or email address used at checkout.
- Tracking information will be sent to your email address once your package has been picked up by our contracted logistics partner (FEDX/USPS).
- Shipment speed depends on your location.
- All orders will be dispatched on the same day.
- Shipping is free for orders above $75. Buyers may have to bear shipping charges in case of returns.
- We strongly believe in our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases.
- We offer a 10-day return policy for unopened/unused products in their original packaging.
- You will be responsible for return freight charges unless you are returning a defective product.
- Defective products can be returned for a replacement, store credit, or full refund of the product price.
- To be considered for a refund, the return must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
- Dietary supplement refund requests will only be considered if the respective dietary supplement is not consumed more than 10% by weight or quantity.
- Book and custom meal plan/workout plan purchases are non-refundable.
- Apparel and accessory purchases may be exchanged or returned only if the item(s) is/are unworn, unwashed, and if all original tags and labels are attached to the item(s).
If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept it and notify us immediately. We will either resend the item(s) or refund the whole amount you paid to us if reported within 7 days of delivery.
